We’re not perfect, we know! Here are a few things to try when Dive isn’t working:

  1. Make sure your browser is up to date.

  2. Ask the participants to refresh Dive. This will solves most of issues when things get out of sync.

If you're having issues with Dive, please give us feedback via the call feedback dialog. This helps us pin point when the issues occurred, and we can go through the error logs to solve the problem for the future.
