Password reset

If you have forgotten your password or simply want to change it, here is how. Note that changing your password is not possible if you initially signed up with an external app.

Forgot your password

If you have forgotten your password and want to reset it, go to the Dive log-in screen and select “Reset password”

You will need to re-enter your registered email address to which a reset link will be sent.


Click the link or copy to your browser, and you will be prompted to set a new password.



Reset password from profile

Alternately, you could change your password by going into your profile settings. Click on your profile icon in the bottom left corner of your home page. Under the “Profile” tab, click “Change password”. Enter your old password, then your new chosen password, and click “Save”.
