How our pricing works

We offer three different plans for our users: Free, Pro, and Enterprise. Each plan includes different features and pricing options. Here's a breakdown of what each plan includes:

Free trial

When you sign up, you are credited with 10 meetings per team with the Pro plan as part of a free trial. Once the trial period ends, if your team has not upgraded to a paid plan, your team will be moved to the Free plan.

During this free trial, all users in the team are considering Recording users and have the ability to initiate a meeting recording.

Free plan

This plan will restrict some features, including the summary, transcript, video recording, search, meeting feedback, and agenda input automation. However, you will continue to have access to basic meeting management tools.

Pro Plan: Recording and Non-Recording Users

Our Pro plan is designed to offer flexibility and more features than the Free plan. In this plan, we differentiate between "Recording users" and "Non-Recording users."

  • Automatic speaker recognition
  • Transcription for 30+ languages
  • Automated meeting summaries
  • Global Meeting Search
  • Workspace-wide meeting templates
  • Task management
  • Folders and Workspaces
  • Auto-assign tasks via AI
  • Up to 15 meeting recordings per month (for Recording Users)
  • Unlimited guests

Specific to Recording Users:

  • Ability to initiate a recording in a meeting

Specific to Non-Recording Users:

  • Cannot initiate a recording but can access notes, transcripts, and summaries post-meeting


  • Recording users:
    • Annual: $12 per user per month
    • Monthly: $18 per user per month
  • Non-recording users of a team with at least one Pro plan: free

Enterprise plan

Our Enterprise plan is tailored for large teams and offers everything in the Pro plan, plus additional features like expert-led onboarding and priority support.


  • All features of the Pro plan, plus:
  • Unlimited meeting recordings
  • Expert-led onboarding for 20+ seats
  • Priority support
  • Customization options


  • Annual: $30 per recording user per month
  • Monthly: $39 per recording user per month

How meeting credits and usage are tracking

For the free trial, usage is tracked on a team level. On paid plans, meeting credits are tracked on a per-user level, and usage will be tracked on a per-user level.

Upgrading, downgrading, or cancelling your subscription

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription anytime by navigating to the "Billing" section of your account settings.


Our platform integrates with Slack, Google Docs, Notion, Zoom, Chrome Extension, task management tools, ClickUp, and CRMs.


We offer chat support for all users and priority support for Enterprise plan users. You can contact us through the chat support feature on your account settings page.
